Upgrade Details:
This early model BMW E90 originally came with a basic, non-color screen radio that lacked all the modern tech you'd expect today. To bring it up to date, we used a custom facia kit that allows the climate controls to be relocated lower, making space for a touchscreen display in the prime viewing position.
The new head unit features a compact short-chassis design, which made installation much easier, and adds wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a smooth, responsive interface—massively improving the driving experience.
We also installed a high-definition BMW latch-style reverse camera, which replaces the factory boot latch for a clean, OEM-style finish. It integrates perfectly with the new screen and includes parking guidelines, making reversing safer and more convenient.
