They reply e-mails on a timely manner.Richard has been stellar sitting next to us in the car walking us step by step in how to go through the function of our Blackvue units; which we did not buy through Bendas.Despite not buying the units from Bendas, they did not discriminate. Recently bought a Hyundai and was looking to install a CarPlay unit.
